grilled corn on the cob with butter, chili powder, and salt

I have never met a piece of corn I didn’t like, but this recipe is especially delicious and so simple. I mean, how can you go wrong with butter, salt, and little bit of spice? Voila!

Serving size: 4

Ingredients:

4 corn on the cobs

2-3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

chili powder, lightly sprinkled

salt to taste

Directions:

Roll corn in melted butter. Sprinkle with chili powder and salt. Wrap each corn individually in tin foil. Put on the grill for 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
